- How can I recharge my account?
You can re-charge your account online using your Credit/Debit Card (Visa/MasterCard) or using our Prepaid Reload Card.
- What is the difference between Actual balance and Available balance?
Actual balance is your current account balance, it represents the amount of money remaining in your account. Available balance is what you can spend right now. Normally your available balance is higher than the Actual balance, because we allow you to buy items even your actual balance is less than zero, depending on your Overdraft limit.
Available balance = Actual balance + Overdraft Limit
- Why should I provide my mobile number on registration?
We will use your mobile number to identify that you are an actual user, And also we will use it to contact you to resolve any issues related to your account.
- Is it mandatory to validate my mobile number?
No it is not. But if you do so, it helps us to identify you as a real user and allow you to buy items for credit.
- I did not get the mobile activation code what should i do?
First check whether you mobile number is correct. It should look similar to "0777123456". If that is incorrect, to correct it. If it is correct and you still did not get the code, goto 'My Account' page, you will find a text asking you to validate your mobile and a link to continue.
- I cannot find my office location listed under delivery locations?
Probably because we still haven't started delivering to your location. Please and let us know about your office, we will consider adding it in the future.
- My favourite restaurant is not available in Food Court
